Rob Sheehan

Rob Sheehan currently serves as the Director of Construction at Fairfield Residential since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rob was the Owner of 3C Group Inc. from April 2022 to October 2023 and has extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager at AvalonBay Communities from January 2000 to April 2022. Rob also held the position of Senior Project Manager at Roseland Property Company between June 2002 and April 2005 and was the Lead Superintendent at The Green Company from November 1994 to December 1999. Rob Sheehan earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from North Adams State College, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1993.
