Todd Fereday

Todd Fereday is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Construction at Fairfield Residential since July 2014, Todd has previously held roles such as Preconstruction Manager at Jordan Foster Construction LLC from 2010 to 2013 and Project Manager/Superintendent at Carleton Companies from 2004 to 2010. Early career experience includes a position as Project Engineer at The Weitz Company from 2000 to 2003. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
