Trey Stafford

As head of Capital Markets, Trey is responsible for leading all capital-raising efforts for Fairfield’s investment vehicles and strategies, including funds and joint ventures, and the structuring of the vehicles. He is also deeply involved in strategy development with the rest of the executive management team. In a previous role, he served as the Portfolio Manager for Fairfield’s various discretionary funds, including the Value Add Fund series, where he oversaw investment performance, implementation of the Funds’ business strategies with Fairfield’s various business units, and investor relations for the Fund. Trey joined Fairfield in 2005 and has been involved in the investment and multifamily housing industries for over 20 years. Prior to joining Fairfield, he was Chief Financial Officer for SBM Financial and an Auditor at Cohn Reznick. Trey graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with a BA in Business Administration.
