Charles Bogus

Charles Bogus is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an ITS Helpdesk Technician at Fairfield University since January 2023. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Technology Success Advocate at Bartlett Tree Experts and as an IT Technician at New Canaan Country School. His early experience includes an IT internship at Cerebral Palsy of Westchester, where Charles provided technical support, managed user accounts, and collaborated on issue resolution. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Iona University, complemented by a high school diploma from Trinity Catholic High School.
