Erin Moroni

Erin Moroni currently serves as the Referral Partnerships and Growth specialist at Vita Health since April 2022 and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Fairfield University since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Erin worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Sound Obstetrics & Gynecology from April 2017 to May 2022 and held a similar position as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine from September 2013 to March 2017. Erin began a nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital, focusing on Maternal Special Care in High Risk Obstetrics, from January 2004 to September 2013. Erin Moroni holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Fairfield University, completed in 2013 and 2005, respectively.
