Lennie G. has had a varied career in the past 22 years. In 1999, they owned and ran a one-man plumbing business, Finesse Plumbing/Glasser & Mathabatha Plumbing Contractor, where they were responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining customers and identifying new business possibilities. In 2005, they became the Managing Director of Octagon Health Care Services and also worked as a volunteer Intermediate Life Support medic for Hatzolah Medical Rescue. In 2012, they took on the role of Operations, Sales and Customer Success Manager at Glasser Bonsmaras, where they successfully implemented an electronic solution to track, record and gauge performance of the breeding herd, increasing saleable stud stock by 100%. In 2015, they worked as a New Business Development and Customer Retention Manager at Taktix Distribution. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at CAP Security as a Solutions Architect and Sales Executive, actively hunting for new business and contacting, meeting and presenting proposed Smart Guard solutions. In 2021, they joined FairFly as a Global Operations Team Lead and US & EMEA Operations Manager, creating, leading and developing new opportunities with existing relationships and defining revenue opportunities while negotiating commercial terms.

Lennie G. attended Carmel High School from 1984 to 1991, graduating with a Matric. Lennie then attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1993 to 1997, but did not obtain a degree. In December 2020, Lennie G. obtained a certification in Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals from LinkedIn.
