Nicholas Polman

Nicholas Polman has over 25 years of work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Nicholas is currently the Director of Operations at Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the District Manager at Foxtrot from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon. Before that, they held multiple roles at Starbucks, starting as a Store Manager from 2005 to 2011 and then transitioning to a District Manager from 2011 to 2020. Nicholas'scareer also includes roles as an Executive Team Leader at TARGET CORPORATION from 2003 to 2005, an Account Manager at CDW from 2001 to 2003, and an Assistant Manager-Building Materials at Menards Inc from 2000 to 2001. Nicholas started their career at Brew City Promotions Inc. in 1997, working in a Purchasing role until 2000. Nicholas Polman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Marquette University, which they attended from 1996 to 2000.
