Marco Vartanian

Marco Vartanian is the CEO and Founder of Fairgrove Property Management. He serves as an Executive Committee Member at USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and as a Member of the Southern California Chapter at YPO. With over 16 years of experience in commercial and multi-family real estate investment and asset management, Marco has held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust and Vice President at Buchanan Street Partners. His expertise includes property management, leasing operations, and asset management across a diverse real estate portfolio.
