Zoe Trotman

Zoe Trotman, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at FairHeat since June 2023. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Zoe previously held the position of Head of HR at calfordseaden LLP from January 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included advising partners and developing HR, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing strategies. Additional roles in Zoe's career include HR Manager positions at widehorizons and The Royal College of Surgeons of England, as well as earlier HR advisory roles at Electrosonic, West Kent Housing Association, ISG WEBB, and Teacher Training Agency. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from The University of Huddersfield.
