Gozen Hartman

Gozen Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Gozen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Fairlawn Real Estate, a real estate firm that they co-founded in 2015. Gozen previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the same company. Under their leadership, Fairlawn Real Estate has expanded its management services across 15 cities and has a team of over 130 employees.

Prior to their role at Fairlawn Real Estate, Gozen worked at Inspirato with American Express as a Senior Advisor to the CEO from June 2015 to June 2016.

Gozen's earlier experience includes working at McKinsey & Company, where they held various roles in the Travel, Transport & Logistics Practice. Gozen started as a Research Analyst in March 2003 and rose to the position of Global Research Manager, overseeing the practice from July 2011 to May 2015.

Gozen Hartman holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from UIUC, which was completed from 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, Hartman pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2002.
