Joe Duffy has a diverse work experience in the financial and real estate industries. Joe is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Fairlawn Real Estate since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Flaherty Builders Inc, starting in 2019, in a finance role. From 2016 to 2019, Joe served as the SVP - Asset Management at CA Ventures, LLC. Joe held the position of Vice President, Asset Management at Trilogy Real Estate Group from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Walton Street Capital from 2011 to 2014. Joe began their career as an Associate - Strategic Federal Tax Services at Grant Thornton LLP from 2009 to 2011.
Joe Duffy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University. Joe also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
