Eric L. Eckelman

Eric L. Eckelman is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Fairlead, bringing an extensive background in HR management and organizational transformation. Previously, they served as HR Director and Senior HR Program Director at Northrop Grumman, where they oversaw HR operations for over 20,000 employees and achieved significant improvements in employee engagement and cost efficiency. They also held leadership positions at Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group and Oceaneering Marine Services. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with an Executive MBA from William & Mary and an MBA from Ball State University.
