Nikole Dunkley, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 26 years in the field. They have served as a Human Resources Director at multiple organizations, including John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts and The New York Times. Currently, Nikole holds the position of Director of Employee Relations at Fairlead and Vice President of Human Resources at Lyon Shipyard, Inc., where they lead initiatives in employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
