Natosha Gorski

Natosha Gorski currently serves as the Director of Programs at Fairlead Integrated since February 2020 and is also a certified RYT500 yoga instructor at Chesapeake Hot Yoga since September 2019. Natosha's extensive background includes roles as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations at AERMOR from July 2013 to September 2019, contributing expertise in cybersecurity, test and evaluation, and joint program support within a woman-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned business. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Military Analyst at AVW Technologies, Inc., where Natosha supported the Operational Test and Evaluation Force and led various programs, and as Protocol Specialist for the Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet. Natosha's military service as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy from May 1999 to December 2004 provided a strong foundation for a career in program management and operational support. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.
