Ryan Boze

Ryan Boze is a Program Manager at Fairlead Integrated, responsible for managing program inquiries and quality inspections, as well as preparing essential project documentation. Concurrently, Ryan serves as a Basketball Referee for C&J Officials and has held the position of Director of Youth Basketball for Rare1s AAU. Previously, Ryan acted as Head Basketball Coach and Head Baseball Coach at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic School, and also coached at various other levels. Ryan's extensive background in the shipbuilding industry includes roles such as Ship Safety Superintendent and Construction Supervisor 2 at Newport News Shipbuilding, where critical safety and project coordination were key responsibilities. An alumnus of The University of Virginia's College at Wise, Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
