Timothy Richardt

Timothy Richardt is the Training & Development Manager at Fairlead Integrated, a company specializing in ship and boat repair, as well as the manufacture of ship and submarine structures and equipment. With a Master of Arts in Military History from Norwich University, a Master of Science in Military Strategic Studies from the U.S. Marine Corps War College, a Master of Science in Military and Strategic Leadership from the U.S. Army War College, and a Bachelor of Science in Adult and Continuing Education from Southern Illinois University, Timothy has a strong educational background in military-related fields. Previously, Timothy also served as the Security Manager at Fairlead from July 2018 to March 2022.
