Project and Program Management

The Project and Program Management team at Fairlead is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects and programs that support our national defense mission. This includes coordinating schedules, managing contracts, overseeing production, and ensuring integration and compliance with all regulatory requirements to bring value and ensure the success of our customers. The team works collaboratively to streamline operations and achieve timely delivery of services and products that contribute to our goal of bringing the Warfighter home safely.
