Ruth has been with Fairlie Healthcare since January 2018 as the Director of Quality and Clinical Governance. Her first task on joining the company was to create a quality and governance strategy with the intention of providing excellence in nursing and personal care to the patients who make the homes their home. She now has also delegated responsibility for Fire and Health & Safety and Risk.
Ruth comes from a Radiology background with over thirty years of experience working in the NHS, private sector and commercially. She was delighted to see Fairlie Healthcare achieve a rating of “Outstanding” at both Homes of which governance plays a vital role and strives to innovate moving forward to better this outcome for all the Patients and Homes including the new home in Banstead.
