Phil Lamothe

Phil LaMothe began their work experience in 2010 as an Area Director at Spring Hill Camps. After that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Michigan State University from 2011 to 2012. Phil then served as an Engineering Intern at Leprino Foods in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Nestlé USA as a Production Supervisor and an Operations Management Trainee. In 2016, they joined Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber) as a Senior Associate Process Engineer. Phil LaMothe then moved on to fairlife, LLC, where they held multiple roles including Commercialization Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Processing Manager, Plant Manager, and Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations. Phil is currently working as the Vice President of Manufacturing at fairlife, LLC.

Phil LaMothe completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biosystems Engineering at Michigan State University from 2008 to 2012. Phil pursued further education at Auburn University Harbert College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from 2016 to 2018.
