Josephine Pappas

Josephine Pappas has over 37 years of experience in operations and technology. Josephine began their career in 1984 at MetLife, where they held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in Bank Relations and Funding Operations. In 2009, they joined New York Life as the Vice President, Strategy & Admin for the Insurance Group Technology, and was later promoted to Vice President and Head of Operations & IT for New York Life International. In 2012, they were recruited to AIG as the Senior Vice President, Head of Operations - US Consumer Lines. Josephine then joined Everis in 2013 as a Senior Advisor, providing consulting services to the multinational consulting firm. In 2015, they joined QBE North America as the Senior Vice President, Operational Effectiveness, and in 2016, they joined a travel company as an Advisor. In 2018, they joined The NPD Group as the Senior Vice President, Global Operations, and in 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Operations for Fairmatic.

Josephine Pappas obtained their B.S. in Finance from St. John's University. Josephine then went on to obtain their MBA in Finance & International Business from NYU Stern School of Business in 2000. In the same year, they also obtained a Certificate from Smith College in the Consortium 2000: Executive Leadership Program for Women. In 2021, Josephine obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Exam - GBOLv3 from ManpowerGroup_Vector International.
