Shaun Thompson-Nicholls is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting within the AI and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Fairmatic since June 2023, Shaun previously held the position of Technical Recruiter for AI Research and Engineering at Meta from October 2021 to June 2023, focusing on attracting top machine learning talent across EMEA. Shaun's recruitment career began at Badenoch & Clark UK as a Recruitment Consultant in the tech sector, followed by a similar role at SF Group and serving as Principal Recruiter for AI and Machine Learning at Big Cloud. Shaun's foundational experience includes military service as an Infantry Soldier in the British Army from 2011 to 2015. Education was completed at St Christophers C of E High School and Sixth Form from 2005 to 2011.
