Edward Oluwaseyi Olayemi, SBDA™, currently serves as the Head of User Research and Customer Excellence at FairMoney since October 2025. Prior to this role, Edward held various leadership positions at Access Bank Plc, including Head of Business Intelligence and Head of Data Governance, where significant advancements in data integrity and governance were achieved. Edward's experience extends to roles at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. as Team Lead in Insight and Analytics, and Octave Analytics, where contributions spanned data science, engineering, and analytics. Earlier career milestones include serving as a Data Scientist at The Levels Media and collaborating in research at Obafemi Awolowo University, along with experience as an Inventory Analyst at KFC Fast Food. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from Obafemi Awolowo University, a National Diploma from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and is pursuing further education at Columbia Business School. Additionally, Edward is a Certified Oracle DBA in Database Administration.
