Joe Tsui

Joe Tsui (FIChemE FIFST) is a seasoned professional in the chocolate and confectionery industry, currently serving as Director of Process Technology Innovation at Mondelēz International since September 2010, where Joe leads a team of over 40 scientists and engineers in developing groundbreaking processes. With prior roles including Director of Global Breakthrough Process Platform R&D and Associate Director for multiple global chocolate initiatives, Joe has significantly impacted projects that drive substantial revenue growth, with the chocolate category exceeding US$10 billion annually. Joe's career also includes pivotal positions at Cadburys Schweppes PLC and Frito Lay, where Joe was responsible for innovation in product development and process design. Joe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
