Brooke Craig

Brooke Craig has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Brooke is currently working at Fairmont Century Plaza as the Director of Event Operations. Prior to this role, they were the Assistant Director of Events at the same company. In 2021, Brooke also worked as a Taskforce F&B Manager at Perry Lane Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah.
