Colleen Chong is the Director of Human Resources at The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui since November 1993. Prior to that, she held the position of Banquet Manager at Ala Moana Hotel from April 1991 to November 1993. Colleen also has extensive experience at Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, where she worked at Safari Steakhouse & Banquets from December 1972 to 1991. Her education was completed in Wailuku, Maui.
