Hendrik Roosna

Hendrik Roosna has extensive experience in the finance industry. From 2018 to present, they have been the CEO of Fairown Finance, a fintech company that empowers brands and vendors to increase sales, improve customer loyalty and address the growing problem of electronic waste. From 2016 to present, they have been a Member of the Supervisory Board for Finora Finance AS, a financial supervision agency licenced credit provider. From 2011 to present, they have been a Partner at Capital Advisors AS, a firm that provides M&A, corporate finance, financial restructuring, commercial real estate, and investments services. In 2016, they founded Upgraded Technologies. From 2004 to 2016, they held the role of Sales Manager at 3 Step IT, an IT leasing company with more than 500M EUR revenue.

Hendrik Roosna attended Estonian Business School from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology Management.
