Michael Kornspun

Michael Kornspun is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in affordable housing development and investment. Currently serving as Managing Director at Fairstead since November 2021, Kornspun focuses on large-scale renovations and redevelopment projects in New York City through public-private partnerships. Prior to this role, Kornspun was a Senior Developer and Advisor with Pennrose/Hunt Companies from 2015 to 2021, where one of the notable achievements included leading a major preservation project for NYCHA's Hope Gardens.
