Derek Delany

Derek Delany is a seasoned professional in the life insurance and investment industry, currently serving as the Sales Director at Fairstone Ireland since April 2023. With over 15 years of experience, Derek has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams. Prior to this role, Derek held multiple leadership positions at Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd. from October 2006 to April 2023, including Head of Life & Pensions and National Sales Manager for Workplace, where the management of a team of Financial Consultants in Leinster was a key responsibility. Earlier in the career, Derek worked as a Senior Investment/Financial Consultant at Daelgate and as a Pharmacy Sales Representative focusing on key accounts. Derek is an alumnus of Dundalk Institute of Technology, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies.
