Matthew Dibattista

Matthew DiBattista serves as Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Fairstone since October 2019, leading a team supporting one of Canada’s largest consumer finance businesses. Responsibilities include primary legal support for M&A, finance, litigation management, corporate affairs, and corporate secretarial matters. Previous experience includes significant roles at Bombardier, where Matthew managed contract negotiations and legal services for procurement, and at Laurentian Bank, overseeing major M&A transactions. Educational credentials include a law degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
