Kimberly Randle has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kimberly is the Founder and CEO of FairSupply since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at International Justice Mission Australia starting in 2014. Kimberly held various roles including Senior Director of Corporate and Legal from January 2018 to February 2019, Director of Corporate and Legal from January 2016 to 2018, and Strategic Partnership Manager from July 2014 to 2016. Kimberly worked as a Lawyer at Armstrong Legal Family Law from February 2010 to June 2014. Before that, they were a Lawyer at Clayton Utz from 2008 to 2010. Kimberly also worked as an Associate at JONES DAY from 2007 to 2008 and as a Summer Associate at JONES DAY in 2006. Furthermore, they gained experience as an Intern at the United States Senate Office of Joseph I Lieberman in 2004, at the Supreme Court of the U.S. in 2004, and at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in 2003.

Kimberly Randle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Macquarie University, studying from 2002 to 2006.
