Melinda H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Melinda is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at FairSupply, a global ESG data provider and consultancy. Prior to this, Melinda held the position of Board Director at Development Accord. Melinda also worked as an Executive Officer at UNSW from July 2019 to December 2021.

Melinda has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at International Justice Mission Australia in various roles including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Operations and Donor Relations. Melinda also worked at Good Funny Smart as a Social Media/Account Manager.

Additionally, Melinda has a background in project management, having served as a Project Manager at Supply Nation. Melinda then attended TAFE Queensland in 2006 and obtained a Certificate III/IV in Tourism. In 2000, Melinda received a funded scholarship to participate in the International Exchange Program at Sonoda Women's University. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they enrolled in postgraduate studies in International Development at UNSW.
