Aurélien Lafon is an experienced professional in operational planning and project management with a strong background in sustainable development and fundraising. Currently serving as the Operational Planning Manager at Fairtrade International since October 2017, Lafon facilitates strategic planning processes and provides analytical support to senior management. Previously, Lafon acted as Project Manager for the Trade Fair, Live Fair initiative, which aimed at promoting sustainable consumption in Europe. Prior roles include Strategic Planning Manager at Fairtrade International, Fundraiser at Friends of the Earth Europe, and Project Officer at the European Association of Development Institutes. Lafon holds a Master of Arts in European Studies from The University of Göttingen and an additional Master's degree in English from the University of Strasbourg.
