Alicia Niblock

Alicia Niblock is a seasoned professional with a strong background in supply chain analysis and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Patient Safety Improvement Consultant at Fairview Health Services since September 2025, Alicia previously held various roles, including Senior Analyst at Darigold, where project management of bulk milk transportation enhancements and data collection systems were key responsibilities. Earlier experience at Land O'Lakes, Inc. included conducting root cause analyses and leading efficiency projects in plant operations, contributing to significant cost savings and process enhancements. Alicia's foundational expertise in industrial and systems engineering was developed at the University of Minnesota, complemented by further education at Penn State University and Villanova University.
