Anita Bilden

Anita Bilden is an experienced customer and patient experience professional with a strong background in healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Improvement Partner at Fairview Health Services since April 2022, Anita previously held the role of Patient Experience Consultant at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare from November 2021 to April 2022. In a prior position as a Patient Experience Specialist at HealthPartners, Anita managed a Patient Partner program, facilitated patient/family council discussions, and led various experience enhancement initiatives. Earlier career roles include Volunteer Services Coordinator at Hennepin County Medical Center, where Anita managed over 500 volunteers, and Special Events Coordinator at March of Dimes, where successful fundraising events were organized. Anita holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
