Fazel Haris is a highly experienced data architect and consultant with a robust background in enterprise data solutions across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Principal Enterprise Data Architect at Fairview Health Services since April 2023, Fazel previously held significant roles as an Enterprise Data Solutions Architect Consultant at Stratezon, Inc., and various consultant positions at notable institutions including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Medtronic, and Ochsner Health.
