Margaret Ludick

Margaret Ludick, CPRP, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Provider Recruitment Specialist at Fairview Health Services since January 2015, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to hire top talent and project managing tactical recruiting plans. Prior to this role, Margaret held positions such as Human Resource Manager at Forever Resorts, where over 160 seasonal staff were recruited and trained, and served as a Recruiting Specialist at LIFETIME FITNESS, coaching runners for marathons. Additional experience includes roles in laboratory and restaurant management, demonstrating a diverse skill set that includes analytical testing and customer service. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science from the University of North Dakota.
