Mindy McFarren

Mindy McFarren is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in infection prevention and control. Currently serving as the System Director of Infection Prevention and Vice President of Infection Prevention & Control at Fairview Health Services since August 2017, Mindy previously held the position of System Director of Infection Prevention at HealthEast from July 2016 to August 2017. Mindy's career at HealthEast began in February 1999, where roles included Infection Prevention Specialist, Microbiology and Transfusion Medicine Lab Section Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, and Phlebotomist. Mindy holds a Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from The University of North Dakota, along with a Certificate in Laboratory Management.
