Paula Rabaey is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota, specializing in occupational therapy since May 2023, and serves as a NICU occupational therapist at Fairview Health Services since February 2021. Rabaey previously held the position of Associate Professor in the OT Graduate Program at St. Catherine University from September 2007 to May 2023, also taking on the role of MAOT Program Director from June 2018 to June 2019.
