Ryan Erdmier

Ryan Erdmier is currently the Director of Primary Care Service Line at Fairview Health Services, overseeing Riverside, Uptown, and Children's - University Clinics. Prior to their current role, Ryan held positions such as Project Manager at University of Rochester Medical Center, Administrative Resident at Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Math Teacher at Minneapolis Public Schools, Practice Manager II and Clinic Manager at Hennepin Healthcare, and Strategic Planning Specialist/ Neuroscience Specialty Clinic Manager at Allina Health. Ryan also served as a Corps Member with Teach For America. During their time at URMC, Ryan led a team to gather and gain consensus on quality measures across specialties resulting in specialties qualifying for CMS high-performance bonus pool.
