Sarah Beatty

Sarah Beatty has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Sarah is currently working as a Principal Compensation Analyst at Fairview Health Services since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lifespark from 2016 to February 2023, where they held positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Human Resource Associate, and Workforce Development Specialist. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Exceptional Persons, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist and HR and Training Assistant. Sarah also has experience in the retail sector, having worked at Bath & Body Works from 2011 to 2015 in roles such as Sales Associate and Temporary Sales Lead, and at Old Navy as a Sellebrity from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they had an HR internship at Lincoln Savings Bank in 2013.
