Sean Gavin

Sean Gavin is an accomplished supply chain and operations professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Fairview Health Services since August 2019, Sean previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Merchology and operated as Operations Manager at Werner Electric. Early career roles include logistics management at SICK, Inc. and a District Manager Trainee position at ALDI Stores. Sean's foundational experience also includes senior leadership at Target and military service as a Captain in the US Army, with deployment to Iraq in 2005. Sean holds a Master's degree in supply chain transportation and logistics from the University of Washington, an MA in Organizational Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University.
