Brad Gerbus

Brad Gerbus is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Papa John’s since August 2022, Brad leads six Quality Control Centers in the West. Prior to this role, Brad held several positions at Domino's, including Director of Operations and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations, overseeing the delivery of consumables to over 275 stores across ten states. Other notable roles include Maintenance Manager at Kroger and Senior Operations Manager at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included managing high-speed food production with a team of over 110 members. Brad's career also includes a role as District Manager for Aldi Foods, managing multiple store openings in Rhode Island, and early experience as a Doorman at Cheers Boston. Brad Gerbus earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations and Technology Management from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
