Warren Gavitt

Warren Gavitt is an experienced leader in facilities and operations management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Operations for Fairview Health Services since May 2025, Warren previously held the position of Manager of Facilities Services at Allina Health from March 2019 to May 2025. Warren's expertise includes continuous improvement and process management across various operational aspects, including safety, security, environmental services, and emergency management. Prior roles include Sr. Supervisor of the Environment of Care at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, where oversight of maintenance and safety operations was provided, as well as experience in developing safety programs at Marshfield Clinic and Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center. Warren holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
