Brian Krupiczewicz

Brian Krupiczewicz serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Fairview Pharmacy Solutions since June 2025, providing strategic HR leadership and overseeing talent management initiatives. Previously, Brian was the Associate Chief Human Resource Officer at Cook County Health for a year, handling HR executive leadership during a transitional period. From 2016 to 2023, Brian held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Corewell Health, leading a large team and managing a significant HR budget. Brian's earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Huntington National Bank, overseeing HR services and corporate employee relations, and a Human Resources Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, where HR functions were managed for a manufacturing facility. Brian holds a BA in Human Resource Management and Sociology from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Grand Valley State University.
