Michael Cain

Mike Cain currently serves as the Quality Assurance Director at Fairview Senior Living, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Mike was the Director of Nursing Clinical Services at the same organization from October 2019 to August 2022. A seasoned nursing professional, Mike has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Director of Nursing at D'Youville Life & Wellness Community and as Hospice Case Manager at Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice. Additional positions include Hospice Director at Health Alliance Home Care and Director of Nursing at Life Care Centers of America. Mike's career began in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician First Class, where an honorable discharge was received after ten years of service. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Fitchburg State University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Mount Wachusett Community College, along with earlier qualifications in nursing and electronics technology.
