Darris Cassidy

As a Principal of Fairway America, Darris is involved many aspects of the business, including capital sourcing, negotiations, deal structuring, investment strategies, and marketing. His primary role is to lead the capital raising efforts for Fairway’s single-asset syndication investment offerings. He spends most of his time interacting with new and existing high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

The combination of his affable personality and 20+ years of real estate investment experience make him a knowledgeable resource for investors of all types, whether a first-time investor or an experienced highly sophisticated investor. Darris is a graduate of Gonzaga University and life-long Pacific Northwest resident.
