Stephanie Kaye Joyce is an experienced professional in the fields of construction and real estate. Currently serving as a Pre Construction Coordinator at Fairway Construction Co., Inc. since August 2019, Stephanie also operates as a Real Estate Broker for Noverim, Inc. - Lifestyles Created since 2000, specializing in residential new construction, market strategy, economic planning, and contract administration. Previous roles include Property Manager and Leasing Consultant at Transcendent Investment Management from May 2014 to June 2016, managing properties across multiple cities, and serving as an Associate Agent at Nationwide Insurance from December 1993 to December 2007, where responsibilities included generating sales and managing office operations. Stephanie holds a degree in Construction Management and Real Estate Development from Kennesaw State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University.
