Michelle Finan

Michelle Finan has worked at Fairway Consulting Group since January 2018. Michelle started as an Executive Recruiter and later progressed to the role of Senior Manager in the R&D Search Practice. From October 2020 to January 2022, Michelle served as the Associate Director in the same practice. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director in the R&D Search Practice. In addition to their work at Fairway Consulting Group, Michelle is also a member of Women of Color in Pharma (WOCIP) starting April 2023.
