Courtney Ballard-Guidry

Courtney Ballard-Guidry currently serves as the Southeastern Director of Business Development at Fairway Electric Inc. since April 2025 and holds a position on the Board of Directors for WBEC South from January 2025. Previously, Courtney was the Supplier Diversity Manager and Community Outreach Coordinator at Ampirical from December 2020 to April 2025, overseeing the Supplier Diversity Program and collaborating on procurement strategies. A diverse professional background includes roles in corporate sales and account management at various companies, as well as co-owning a pet daycare and boarding facility called Puppy Love Hotel from October 2010 to May 2013. Courtney graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University from 1992 to 1995.
