Caleb Ondrusek

Caleb Ondrusek, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of IT Operations at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, bringing executive leadership across enterprise technology functions with an emphasis on strategy, culture, and innovation. Previously, Caleb held the position of Vice President of IT Infrastructure at the same company, successfully modernizing and scaling core technology platforms. Prior experience includes IT Manager for Network and Hospital Support at First Choice Emergency Room/Adeptus Health, overseeing a 24/7 operations team, and various roles in network administration and IT support at Retalix, Outcome Engineering, Yardi Systems, and Amarillo Community Federal Credit Union. Caleb possesses a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation from Capella University and multiple degrees from Western Governors University and Amarillo College, with an upcoming Post Graduate Program in Cloud Computing from The University of Texas at Austin.
